【Contents】 ■Micro Flow Meter This flow meter can measure flow rates starting from a minimum of 8 μL/min. The flow path has a straight structure, providing excellent replaceability. The connection method is of a type that does not require special fixtures, allowing for easy connection. The wetted materials are PTFE and quartz glass. ■Pulsation-Free Tube Pump This is a tube pump that can deliver fluid without pulsation. We offer two types: the L type, which has a built-in pressure gauge and flow meter for precise flow control, and the LD type, which includes a disposable pressure sensor. ■Disposable Pressure Sensor This pressure sensor has a removable amplifier section and diaphragm section. The diaphragm section can be sterilized with gamma rays or EOG, ensuring a clean environment.
